What's on Your Breakfast Table?
August 22, 2018
Monsanto's legacy of Glyphosate ( aka Roundup ) has found its way onto your breakfast table.
Recently, the Environmental Working Group, published a study that was made by a 3rd party lab, which detailed finding the Roundup ( glyphosate ) in 95% of grown oats, that are found in common breakfast foods, including organic oats. Studies show that Glyphosate finds its way into the water table in agricultural areas, where it is then reabsorbed back into plants when watered.
This summer, Monsanto was ordered to pay $289,000,000.00 in damages to a man claiming to have developed cancer after repeatedly spraying RoundUp, while employed as a groundskeeper at a school in San Francisco.
The thrust of the article, is that Glyphosate can arrive on your breakfast table, via food products ( in this case oats, and cereal foods ) and transfer into your bloodstream. The bigger issue is, we are exposed to hundreds of chemicals each and every day. The concern is the bio-accumulation and interaction of the hundreds of chemicals which saturate our modern lives. Plastics, pesticides, herbicides, food colorings, fragrances, cleansers, have no purpose in the human body, and periodic internal cleansing is a must.
A list of the breakfast foods tested, which contain the herbicide glyphosate ( Round Up) are noted for you here, along with the complete article.
