Fried Eggs with Salmon, Tomato and Avocado

Hard-boiled eggs and diced avocado is a throw-together breakfast that will fill you up with protein and fiber, keeping you surprisingly full and satisfied until lunchtime rolls around. Add spices to your liking!

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup red onion
  • 1 avocado
  • Locks of Salmon
  • For the fried egg:
  • Canola oil spray
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of dill, optional
  • Dash of hot sauce, optional

Directions:

  1. On a skillet, spray canola oil and fry egg to desired liking.
  2. Add salt and pepper
  3. Cut salmon locks, red onion and avocado
  4. Serve on a plate and garnish with dill (optional)
