Ingredients:

  • 1 cup ginseng green tea
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 4-5 tbsp of Pure Body Protein
  • 1 oe 2 mint leaves
  • 1 tsp peppermint extract

 

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in high speed blender until smooth
  2. Pour into your favorite glass, add toppings of your choice and enjoy!
